Below is a selection of our portfolio. We manage large residential towers, commercial properties and boutique properties. The sites we manage also vary in structure with single strata plans, community title and Building Management Committee's.
The Phoenix, Rhodes
Completed in 2013, the Phoenix is a 20 storey residential tower with over 200 apartments and a retail component. Developed by Sweetie Developments and built by Richard Crookes, the Phoenix is a fine example of their quality workmanship.
The Phoenix is surrounded by beautiful water views of Parramatta River and looking over to the Olympic Stadium in the south and city views to the east.
It is conveniently located near Rhodes shopping centre with one of two IKEA's in New South Wales. Transport is a short walk 5 minute to Rhodes train station.
